| 1 | lb | Hamburger |
| 2 | sm | Onions |
| 1/2 | c | Celery, chopped |
| 1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | cn | Cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | c | Minute Rice |
| 1 | ts | Soy sauce |
| 1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | c | Peas, frozen |
| 1 | cn | Mushrooms |
Brown meat, onion and celery. Then add soups, rice, soy sauce,
Worcestershire sauce. Cover lightly with foil. Bake at 350 deg for 30
minutes, then uncover and bake an additinal 15 minutes. (You can sprinkle
the top with a can of Chinese noodles before the final 15 minutes, if
